PRIVATE CHEF

Long Island Chef at Home and Hamptons Heirloom have partnered to serve all of Long Island from Montauk to Manhattan. With 25+ years of experience, we are the premier off site Hamptons catering and private party company. Our team is available for intimate dinner parties with family and friends, bachelorette parties, anniversary dinners, birthday parties and all other special occasions. We offer all organic, seasonal ingredients, farm focused produce and local seafood and game. Start with appetizers followed by an elegant sit down dinner or family style buffet. All parties start at $600.00 plus the cost of food. While we have catering menus available we are more than happy to curate a special menu for you and your guests based on your favorite food items as well as the locality and season. Menu Design

Our chefs always design custom menus for each individual event. We always use peak season produce that is hyper local. You won't be served tomatoes in January the way it should be!

Send us your name, number, and basic event details and we will call you within a few hours to go over the finer details, such as allergies, likes and dislikes, and budget.

Secure the Date

After the details and menu are finalized, a signed contract as well as a 50% deposit is necessary to lock in your event date. Deposits are always transferable in case the date needs to change for any reason.

I blindly hired Chef Stuart Allan for my birthday celebration dinner. Normally I like to use a referral or find someone with a lot of reviews, so I wasn't sure how things would turn out. Turns out everyone was RAVING about him and the food for the next couple of days we were at the house together. 

I'll begin by saying I'm a foodie and I'm quite particular about pretty much everything (aesthetics and presentation, flavors, textures, cleanliness...everything). I hosted a sit down dinner for 16 people in East Hampton to celebrate my birthday. Stuart blew everyone away with his skills, professionalism, timeliness and personality!

Our communication leading up to the event led me to believe he was the right chef for the job...enthusiastic planning the menu, accommodating my budget, and extremely communicative. He also added some fabulous extras that weren’t included in the contract. He and his sous chef, Sergio couldn't have been any better and I highly recommend them for any event. Simply AMAZING and I couldn't be any happier.
